The evening begins with classic cocktail and a lesson in how to make it. Appetisers will be served and presented by our chefs. We include both classic and modern drinks that you can try and even order later on. You will also learn how to create a
great bar at home!
Dinner begins about 90 minutes after your arrival and our chefs will present the food and wine menu. Afterwards, our bartender will serve you after-dinner cocktails and there will be a short description of how they are made.
Before you leave Brasserie Le Rouge, you will be given a cocktail
shaker, recipes and plenty of handy hints to help you recreate
the drinks at home.
